Shipping policy

At Namil Skincare, we’re passionate about getting your skincare essentials to you quickly and affordably. We strive to keep shipping costs low by covering a portion of the expense ourselves and offering free shipping on orders above a certain value. This policy outlines our shipping methods, processing times and key information to ensure a smooth delivery experience ,in line with ACL.

 

Orders within Australia; Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of postage. For rural or remote areas in Australia, please allow an additional 1-2 days. Express shipping; Delivery is expected within 1-3 business days from the date of postage. Rural or remote areas may take 1-2 days longer.

For international orders;  we provide standard shipping with delivery times varying by destination:  Average delivery takes 2-3 weeks, though some harder to reach locations may be slightly longer.

Processing time; We aim to process all orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday- Friday,excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that express shipping refers to faster delivery after postage,not faster order processing. During high volume periods (eg. Sales or holidays), we may need a little extra time to prepare your order,but we’ll keep you informed.

 

Free shipping;  We’re thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders over $250 within Australia. For orders below this amount ,we charge only a small portion of the actual shipping cost to keep things affordable.

 

Orders;  We keep you in the loop with ; An order confirmation email when your purchase is complete. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. If you have any questions about your shipment, our customer support team is here to assist.

Incorrect shipping address; Please double check your shipping address when placing your order with Namil Skincare. Namil Skincare is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we cannot offer a refund or free reshipment. Contact us at Namilskincare@outlook.com before your order is shipped.

International Orders;  For international orders,please note that your country’s customs or import regulations may apply additional fees or taxes upon delivery especially for orders valued over $1000. These charges are the customers responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs policies before ordering.
