At Namil Skincare, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our additional commitments to make your shopping experience seamless. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

  1. Your Rights ; The ACL provides automatic consumer guarantees for all products , ensuring they are - of acceptable quality, as described on our website and packaging, & fit for any specific purpose you shared with us before buying. 
    If a product doesn’t meet these guarentees, your entitled to a remedy, such as refund or replacement,as detailed below. These rights are protected and cannot be limited by our policy.

2. Returns for faulty products ; If a Namil Skincare product is faulty or fails to meet ACL guarentees, Major issues ( if the product has a major problem ) you can choose: A full refund to your original payment method or a replacement of the same product.

 

Requirements; for returning a faulty product. Contact us within 30 days from the purchase date. Provide proof of purchase,such as your receipt ,order number ( found in confirmation email) , or other verification. The product must be in the condition received, though original packaging isn’t required unless the fault relates to it. Return shipping costs will apply unless for faulty products.

 

Change of mind returns; While not required by the ACL, we offer returns for chnage of mind within 30 days of purchase to ensure your satisfaction. To qualify: The product must be unopened,unused,and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase ( eg. receipt , or order number ). You can select a exchange or store credit.

 

Shipping costs ; You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We suggest using a traceable shipping service for safety.

Non-refundable products; The following cannot be returned for change of mind: Products that have been opened or used. Sale or discounted items.Gift cards.

 

Additional Conditions; Allergic reactions or results, All Namil Skincare ingredients are listed on our website and product packaging.By purchasing,you acknowledge that we are not responsible for allergic or adverse reactions. Refunds are not available based on individual reactions or expected skincare outcomes,as result vary.

Non- Elidigible returns; we cannot accept: Products damaged,altered or missing parts due to customer error ( improper use or storage). Returns requested after 30 days from purchase,except where ACL requires remedies for faulty products.

Partial refunds; In some cases, only partial refunds may be offere,such as ; products returned in a condition that affects their resale value (eg. damaged or missing parts not due to our error). Returns received after the 30- day period,subject to ACL obligations.

Non- refundable items; Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. The following are non- refundable under any circumstances,except where required by ACL for faulty products: Sale items, Gift Cards.

 

Return Process;  To begin a return: Email us at Namilskincare@outlook.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, proof of purchase and the reason for the return.( eg faulty or change of mind).

For faulty products, we may ask for photos or details to verify the issue.

Well provide a return address for instructions. For change of mind,you cover shipping costs, for faulty items well cover or reimburse reasonable costs.

Send the product using a traceable method to ensure it reaches us. Once we receive and inspect the return,we will email you to confirm the receipt and inform you whether your refund or exchange is approved.

 

Exchanges; we only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products that qualify under ACL guarantees . To exchange for the same item: Email Namilskincare@outlook.com within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and unused except for defect or damage. Used products are not eligible.
